Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a Retail Team Member to support daily guest experiences. You will greet customers, handle transactions, upsell items, and maintain a neat, organized sales floor. The role rewards reliability and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver unbelievable brand experience, and suggest additional merchandise.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with guests.
• Transition products to the sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Recommend/upsell merchandise and round up during transactions.
• Accurately handle point of sale transactions with guests.
• Identify and solve problems or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Follow training materials and work instructions.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Adhere to safety practices and report hazards.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
