Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring for an hourly Retail Associate to join our team. You will help process donations, prepare items for sale, and assist guests at our stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods to sell in Goodwill of North Georgia stores.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals.
• Transition product to the retail sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Recommend/upsell merchandise during transactions.
• Operate point of sale transactions with guests and maintain accuracy.
