Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a friendly retail team member to welcome guests, handle sales, and maintain a neat sales floor. You will support merchandising, upsell during checkout, and work with a team to deliver a positive guest experience.

The role requires good English communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers weekly pay, PTO, and staff discounts, plus benefits and training opportunities across 100+ locations to help you grow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and uphold a friendly, brand-focused culture.
• Maintain professional, patient, and people-first interactions with guests.
• Assist in moving products to the sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Upsell and round up during transactions to support store goals.
• Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions with guests.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Follow training materials and complete required trainings.
