Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Consistently foster a healthy team culture of exceptional guest experience.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills and have the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and promote the brand with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and customer-first demeanor.
• Help transition products to the sales floor with care and speed.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Recommend and upsell merchandise during transactions.
• Handle point of sale transactions accurately with guests.
• Identify and resolve problems or seek management support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with peers.
• Follow training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions.
