Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory in New Haven, IN is opening a new thrift store and seeks a Retail Associate. This part-time role offers 18 hours per week with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Pay is $13.50 per hour, and you'll focus on welcoming customers, processing merchandise, and delivering friendly service. Training is provided, including register procedures, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to build retail and customer service skills within a mission-driven

• Greet customers & donors and provide friendly, helpful service
• Operate the register and process sales transactions accurately
• Assist donors with donations according to center policy
• Sort, process, hang, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise
• Move priced merchandise to the sales floor, display areas, or other designated locations
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized
• Work with team members to support daily sales and production goals
• Other duties as assigned
