Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Auburn, IN is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, and help maintain an organized, welcoming store environment.

This part-time role offers 18 hours per week at $13.50 per hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Paid training and supportive leadership are provided to help you build retail and customer service skills.

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and jump in where needed, while creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
