Job summary

TJ Maxx in New Lenox, IL is seeking a customer-focused associate to enhance the experience at the front end of the store. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain a safe environment.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
