• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by making eye contact, smiles and says hello.
• Assist customers with merchandise and questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe sales floor and promptly report unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Process transactions accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Keep merchandise presented according to company guidelines and replenishment standards.
• Follow MOS policies and loss prevention procedures as applicable.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
