• Maintains safe, clean store environment and egress routes.
• Greets customers, assists with merchandise and questions in a polite, knowledgeable manner.
• Handles customer service calls and resolves issues with leadership involvement when needed.
• Represents Ross Inc. brand and follows MOS policies for stock and disposals.
• Performs cleaning tasks and maintains professional appearance per dress code.
• Supports daily merchandising to present items per guidelines and sell-through goals.
