Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store presentable and inviting for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service and a positive shopping experience.

The role includes working around 30+ hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour and staged increases through Year 5. Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and cleaning devices.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to merchandising planograms.
• Cashier and process customer purchases using POS system.
• Open additional lanes as needed to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards.
• Assist curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with company policies.
