The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $18 per hour, with scheduled increases to $18.50, $19.00, and $20.00 in following years. Benefits expand for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide punctual, courteous customer service and handle inquiries.
• Operate POS system to process purchases accurately and report issues.
• Stock shelves and displays per merchandising plan to maximize sales.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Follow cash handling policies and store procedures to minimize loss.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store and assist with general duties.
