Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is hiring for a non-supervisory retail associate to provide outstanding customer service, process donations and merchandise, and help keep the store organized. Starting pay is $13.25 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401k.

This role supports community programs and requires reliable attendance and English proficiency. Join a mission-driven team and contribute to everyday store operations, while gaining skills through on-the-job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the store.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor.
• Clean the store, the dressing rooms, and the bathrooms.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures as outlined by Agency procedures.
• Greet and assist all donors/customers while directing complaints to management.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Maintain store housekeeping to Agency standards.
• Attend training as required.
