Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Sort, process and display merchandise on the sales floor.
• Keep store and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow Goodwill policies and safety rules; assist with loading/unloading donations.
