ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to help merchandise, stock products, cashier, and maintain a clean store. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with planned increases each year through Year 5. The role is full-time with 30+ hours per week.

You will deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with the ALDI team. Typical duties include operating the POS, cash handling, implementing merchandising plans, stocking shelves, and processing curbside orders from the staging area.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices.

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and informs management of scanning concerns.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes as required for efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and ensures timely delivery to customers.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists management in achieving operational efficiency and total loss goals.
• Supports a safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to company standards.
