Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in LA-CAMARILLO, CA is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining floor plans to keep the store well-merchandised. Responsibilities include supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, promoting the Rewards program, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.
