Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a full shift of at least 8 hours per scheduled workday.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with merchandise selection and inquiries.
• Operate the store's cash register and balance cash at end of shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and direct complaints appropriately.
• Rotate merchandise and maintain display presentation on the sales floor.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization per company standards.
• Cross-train in other workstations as needed.
• Assist in production steps like donor processing and routing donations.
• Commit to safety policies and contribute to a positive team environment.
