Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking a Store Associate to support daily retail operations and help donors and customers with service on the floor. You will contribute to a clean, organized store while cross-training across departments and assisting in loading and unloading trucks.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or ability to provide excellent service to customers and donors.
• Punctual and dependable attendance is expected.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple store areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and donors with service on the sales floor.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and production areas.
• Cross-train in all store areas and support production and floor tasks.
• Load and unload Goodwill trucks and trailers as needed.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Attend and participate in training and meetings as required.
