Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking a Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily store operations. You will help customers and donors, perform a variety of tasks on the sales floor, and help keep the store running smoothly.

In this role you will assist with loading and unloading trucks, maintain a clean and organized work space, and follow safety procedures.

• Experienced in providing friendly, helpful customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors while supporting store operations.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Keep the sales floor and production areas neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards to management.
• Attend and participate in training and meetings as required; contribute to a cooperative team environment.
