Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is hiring a Store Associate to support our mission in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors, maintain a clean sales floor, and help with loading and unloading donations and trucks.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized production area and retail floor at all times.
• Attend and complete all training and meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Cross train in all work areas.
• Adhere to policies and procedures as set forth by Goodwill.
• Ensure security of all company assets and donations.
