Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking a Store Associate to provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors while supporting store operations and donation flows. The role offers growth opportunities and employee-friendly benefits.

You will participate in loading/unloading, maintain a tidy sales floor, and uphold safety and confidentiality standards as part of a values-driven team focused on transforming lives through work and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors while directing complaints to management.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized production work area and retail sales floor at all times.
• Abide by policies and procedures as set forth by Goodwill and ensure security of company assets and donations.
