Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at Shoreline, WA to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout experiences. You will help with truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery, while supporting omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS. The role involves standing for long periods and occasional evenings/weekends.

Applicants must meet U.S. federal/state/local requirements and be at least 16 years old.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Mansioni

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs; ensure compliance with laws and company policies
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; promote company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
