Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida Inc. is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Miami to join our store team. You will greet donors, process donations, stock and price merchandise, and assist customers with purchases while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Flexibility to work a schedule including nights and weekends is required. Prior cashiering experience and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus, helping to support our community image and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months related experience or training desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior cashiering experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and receive donations.
• Process and sort donated items.
• Conduct sales transactions and handle cash/credit.
• Clean store areas and report maintenance issues.
• Assist customers with pricing and store policies.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
