Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of related experience or training is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Prior cashiering experience is a plus; knowledge of electronic devices helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated items, enter donor information, and thank donors.
• Processing: sort, hang, test, clean, and tag items including clothing and household goods.
• Cashiering: conduct sales transactions and manage cash/credit card procedures.
• Cleaning duties: clean bathrooms, floors, shelves, fixtures, and store areas; report maintenance needs.
• Customer service: assist customers, price merchandise, assist fitting rooms, and promote recycling bags.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
