Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience at TJ Maxx stores in Greenwood. You will engage with customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.

The role supports a flexible schedule, with opportunities to cross-train across store areas and contribute to a positive culture through integrity and teamwork. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change accurately.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals.
