Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver an outstanding in-store experience at our TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and related stores.

You will help maintain a clean, organized store, assist customers, and engage in daily operations that support store goals. You will represent TJX values, demonstrate integrity and teamwork, and participate in training and development opportunities to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
