Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns per procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and organize the sales floor.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per standards.
• Support safety and loss-prevention measures and store recovery as needed.
