Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will handle merchandise from receiving to pricing, assist donors and customers, and help maintain a clean, secure store environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and team communication.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions.
• Capacity to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of First Aid and Safety protocols.
• Access to reliable transportation for shifts.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time.
• Work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to patrons.
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report issues to Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
