Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to support our busy ESGWND store. You’ll handle receiving merchandise, operate cash registers, and deliver friendly service to customers and donors while promoting the organization's mission.

This role requires reliability, the ability to work rotating shifts and weekends, basic math, strong communication, and the capacity to lift up to 35 pounds. Transportation access and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts reliably and on time.
• Work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
