Qualifications

• Basic math operations proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of basic First Aid and Safety protocols.
• Access to reliable transportation for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts reliably and punctually.
• Rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions.
• Provide friendly customer service to patrons.
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
