Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. operates a retail store and seeks a Retail Associate to support merchandise handling and customer service.

You will participate in daily store activities from receiving merchandise to assisting customers and donors, while upholding the mission, vision, and values of ESGWND. Responsibilities include operating registers, assisting with pricing and stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

• Access to reliable transportation for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Consistently report for scheduled shifts, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all patrons.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines.
• Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure store security and report any issues to the Store Manager.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
