Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares items for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Works with peers and supervisors and follows labor policies.
• Supports shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs.
• Handles customer feedback professionally and provides recognition when earned.
• Other duties as assigned.
