Job summary

Michaels is looking for a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You’ll participate in unloading and stocking, support store recovery, and promote rewards programs across the Nashua location.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, maintaining in-stock shelves, and following SOPs while delivering a positive image and safe, compliant service to customers.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift without assistance.
• Able to participate in unloading/truck/shipping routines.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Process fast and friendly checkout; handle cash to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planograms.
