Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in Salem, NH to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure fast, accurate checkout. You will assist with merchandise recovery, stocking, planograms, and omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

You may participate in truck unloading, frame shop cross-training, and uphold SOPs while maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be able to stand for long periods,

Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
Educate customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Carry out merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance; manage returns/go back process.
Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties; assist shrink and safety programs.
Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; represent Michaels positively and professionally.
Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
