Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and embody customer experience principles.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety.
• Supports and adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in store-wide safety initiatives and shrink reduction programs.
