Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with customers, ring purchases, and keep the store clean and organized while promoting credit and loyalty programs.

The role supports a flexible schedule, works with peers and supervisors, and requires strong communication and attention to detail. Previous retail experience is preferred and crossing into multiple store areas may occur.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Support shrink reduction goals and store safety.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
