Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a store associate to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a clean, organized sales floor, and support daily operations across departments.

You may be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas and will model the store's customer experience standards. The role requires flexible hours, strong communication and multitasking, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change back according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies and procedures.
