Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Ability to perform stocking and unloading duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find products.
• Provide fast checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram updates.
• Maintain in-stock shelves and merchandise recovery.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; uphold brand standards.
