TEKsystems in New York, NY is seeking a seasonal Retail Floor Associate to assist customers, demonstrate products, and maintain an engaging sales floor through year-end with extension possibilities.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, cashier experience, HS diploma, strong communication, and the ability to lift/move merchandise and assist with displays. Onsite contract position with weekend availability during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Cashier experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise while following proper safety procedures.
• Ability to use ladders and assist with basic display maintenance when needed.

As a Seasonal Floor Associate, you will assist customers with purchases, provide product recommendations, demonstrate products, and help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging sales floor. • Blackout periods apply during Black Friday and throughout December.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
