Description: Data Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Data Solutions Analyst to help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This individual will work closely with business leaders to understand data and reporting needs, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and drive initiatives from concept through delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication and relationship-building skills with a solid understanding of data, analytics, and reporting environments. This person will collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business partners to ensure data solutions meet business objectives while helping expand the adoption and value of enterprise data services across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career to mid-level professional who is self-driven, curious, and eager to take ownership of business challenges while developing expertise in modern data and analytics platforms.

Target Level

Junior to Mid-Level (approximately 1-3+ years of relevant experience)

Success will come from building credibility with business partners, proactively driving work forward, and demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

The ideal candidate is not necessarily the most technical person in the room. They are energetic, motivated, and comfortable working with business leaders while partnering with technical teams. They ask thoughtful questions, quickly understand business challenges, take ownership of problems, and proactively drive solutions through completion with limited oversight.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $47.00/hr.
