Vail Resorts is hiring as a Retail Associate for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period inPark City, UT. Starting wage is $20.00/hour, with full-time and part-time shifts available to support a dynamic mountain retail team.

Housing is available, and employees receive ski passes, free lessons, and discounts along with growth through our Epic Service training program. Join a world-class mountain shop and help guests find the perfect gear and services for their mountain adventures.

Role

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
