Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles including Retail Associate to provide guests with gear and services for the mountain experience.

You will deliver excellent guest service, help guests select gear, and collaborate with teammates to ensure safety and efficient operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge.

Job Specifications:

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
