Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring a Retail Associate for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027, with full-time and part-time hours available. You’ll help guests, outfit them with the latest outdoor gear, and work as part of a collaborative team.

No prior experience required; training provided. Requires flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends. Fluency in English is essential, and employment offers a generous benefits package and access to free passes and lessons.

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
