Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for winter 2026/27 for seasonal roles, including Retail Associate. Join our mountain team and enjoy some of the industry's highest compensation, free passes, ski lessons, and deep employee discounts, plus Epic Service training to help you grow.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr. Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027; Shift type: Full Time and Part Time. Minimum age 14; housing: no. The pay range is $20.00/hr with pay decisions based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Retail Associate works across multiple departments and roles such as Resort Activities, Retail Rental operations, Food & Beverage, Ticket sales, Lift Operations, Base Area Operations.
