Job summary

Wequassett Resort in Harwich, MA seeks a friendly Retail Associate for a seasonal role from May through December. You will greet guests, provide product recommendations, process sales with a POS system, and maintain shop presentation.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible weekends/holidays required; hourly pay $18–$20 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, merchandising, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a POS (point of sale) system, computer, and handle credit card transactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
