Job summary

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club in Harwich, MA is seeking a seasonal Retail Associate for our shop May-December. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, and handle sales at the POS.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide product recommendations and information about merchandise.
• Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including restocking merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the Retail Manager.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns in a courteous manner.
• Follow resort and shop policies for cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
• Work collaboratively with all resort staff to enhance the guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager.

Schedule Requirements
