Job summary

Ashley Rose Inside Governors Square is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will engage guests, style outfits, and enhance the guest experience on the sales floor.

Reporting to the Store Lead, you will support the team with back-of-house operations, process merchandise, and help with online orders while promoting events and our brand.

Qualifications

• Retail or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to chat with guests and offer fashion recommendations.
• Comfort with standing long periods and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Style outfits and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back of house.
• Receive and process incoming merchandise and online orders; handle transactions.
• Support sales events and share product knowledge with guests.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Store Lead & leadership team, this role is to enhance guest experience on the sales floor, support the team and assist with back of house operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome & assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms
• Styles outfits & makes recommendations based on guest preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house
• Receives & processes incoming merchandise
• Complete daily tasks to support standard operating procedures
• Help process online orders & runs transactions at the register
• Help promote sales & events
• Develop & share product knowledge & brand awareness

Qualifications

• Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting30 lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders & squatting as needed
