Job summary

Ashley Rose Inside Kentucky Oaks Mall is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will chat with guests, be proactive and creative to enhance the guest experience and meet goals, with a focus on fashion and luxury lifestyle shopping.

Reporting to the Store Lead and leadership team, you will support the sales floor, assist with back of house operations, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience through styling, product knowledge, and events.

Qualifications

• Must have the physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30 lbs, standing for extended periods, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders and squatting as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Styles outfits and makes recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house.
• Receives and processes incoming merchandise.
• Complete daily tasks to support standard operating procedures.
• Help process online orders and run transactions at the register.
• Help promote sales and events.
• Develop and share product knowledge and brand awareness.

Job Purpose
