Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Firearms knowledge and certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations alongside Store Manager.
• Recruit and retain top talent; train staff.
• Monitor cash drawers and protect assets.
• Drive profitability through goal setting and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash standards and procedures.
• Assist with loan processes and inventory management.
