Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Springtown location.

The role involves assisting with daily store functions, training associates, organizing merchandise, opening/closing procedures, and ensuring safety and company standards are followed. Part-time role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs from floor to above shoulder height.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
