Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and store operations.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and development of store staff.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and store facilities.
